Celebrate women in STEM Oct. 8!

Join the Carthage community for two special events in celebration of women in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) on Tuesday, Oct. 8. 

Famous Women in STEM Poster Session
11:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m., Straz Center Atrium
Come learn about the awesome women in STEM and their essential contributions. Attendees are encouraged to participate in a scavenger hunt to win prizes! Light refreshments will be served.

Carthage Women in STEM Cabaret
4:15-5:30 p.m., Engineering Seminar Room (Lentz Hall 133)
Several of Carthage’s women in STEM faculty members will give short talks on their research. Light refreshments will be served.
